Our day-by-day schedule is fun-filled and action-packed. No, not really but I am trying to be positive about it. We really are pumped to get out of Ottawa to see all that Canada has to offer.
Day 1) Drive from Ottawa, Ontario to Sudbury, Ontario (489.1 km).
Day 2) Check out Sudbury: Dynamic Earth Exhibits: Vale Chasm and Xstrata Nickel Gallery: Rocks to Riches, the Big Nickel and the Sudbury Basin.
Day 3) Drive from Sudbury, Ontario to Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario (305.9 km). Go to the Bon Soo Winter Carnival, then have dinner at Gigi’s Bistro and Pizzeria and crash at the Delta Sault Ste. Marie Waterfront Hotel to rest up for the adventures to come.
Day 4) Drive from Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario to Thunder Bay, Ontario (702.6 km).
Day 5) Check out Thunder Bay: Sleeping Giant Provincial Park.
Day 6) Drive from Thunder Bay, Ontario to Winnipeg, Manitoba (698.9 km).
Day 7) Check out Winnipeg: for a fun night out including shopping, dining and gambling at the Club Regent Casino.
Day 8) Drive from Winnipeg, Manitoba to Regina, Saskatchewan (569.4 km).
Day 9) Check out Regina: Royal Saskatchewan Museum.
Day 10) Drive from Regina, Saskatchewan to Banff, Alberta (901.7 km).
Day 11) Check out Banff, Alberta: a snowmobile tour from Banff Adventures Unlimited and Banff Upper Hot Springs.
Day 12) Check out Banff, Alberta: Banff Gondola and Banff Upper Hot Springs.
Day 13) Drive from Banff, Alberta to Vancouver, British Columbia (845 km) .
Day 14) Check out Vancouver, British Columbia: Vancouver Art Gallery and Inuit Gallery of Vancouver.
Day 15) Check out Vancouver, British Columbia: Museum of Anthropology.
Day 16) Return home to Ottawa :(
