LEONARD
An old friend of mine, Leonard Hofstadter and I are planning a road trip across Canada. He’s a pretty funny guy most of the time when he’s not complaining that his roommate is driving him @#!$@%&!*! crazy. We both have a lot in common, complicated lives where things don’t always work out for us, but we still manage to have some fun. I, Aidan Le Sausse, am a student at Glebe Collegiate. I really want to get out of Ottawa because as usual my family is driving me bonkers. I need some adventure and excitement. Checking out Canada with Leonard will be fun. At least I hope so!

MY CHEVROLET CORVETTE ZR1
We are driving my Inferno Orange Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 sports car. Don’t ask me how I got it you really don’t want to know. I love my car. It’s one of the fastest, most powerful luxury sports cars with top speeds of 205 miles per hour. It features navigation radio, Magnetic Selective Ride Control, Brembo carbon ceramic brakes, Bose premium audio system, on-Star Directions and Connections, keyless access with a push button start and a very comfortable and cool black leather interior. I am looking forward to driving along the highways in my new car!

OTTAWA
Our 15-day road trip across Canada starts on January 16, 2012. First we will check out the Big Nickel, the Sudbury Basin and the Dynamic Earth Science Center to discover all about underground mining in Sudbury, Ontario. Then we head off to Sault Ste. Marie where we will go to the Bon Soo Winter Carnival. It will be Super Mario fun! Our next adventure is to visit the Sleeping Giant Provincial Park in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Then we will head westward into the Winnipeg, Manitoba for a day of shopping, dining and gambling our butts off. Next on our journey, we plan to go to the province of Saskatchewan, which produces more than half of the wheat grown in Western Canada. It’s boring, I know but near the end of our journey we will go to the Banff National Park located in Banff, Alberta and take in the spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains. Finally our road trip will lead us to Vancouver, British Columbia. I’ve heard that it’s a pretty amazing city! We plan to experience some Canadian Culture at the Vancouver Art Gallery and study the Canadian First Nations people at the Museum of Anthropology. Our trip should be exciting and we might even learn some things along the way. Noooo not learning!! I plan to prove that our country is not so boring after all!
